What is the validity period for making a replacement claim?

Replacement claims are valid for 10 days from the date of delivery.

What criteria must be met for a plant replacement?

Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).

Replacement will be provided only if the plant is deemed uncureable.
How long does it take to receive a replacement or refund?

Once we receive the returned product, we will send a replacement or initiate a refund to your source account within 0-3 business days.

If any non-plant product reaches you in a damaged state, you can return it within ten days from the delivery date.
